**Key responsibilities**
* Adaption and deployment of Allianz Corporate Rules relating to Protection & Resilience for the Allianz Asset Management Group (Allianz Asset Management, Allianz Global Investors and PIMCO together with their underlying legal entities).
* Acting as the liaison between Allianz Group and the Allianz Asset Management Group, as well as the first point of contact for employees within Allianz Asset Management, on all topics and initiatives relating to Protection & Resilience and IT Operations.
* Coordinating regular and ad hoc reporting from Allianz Asset Management entities to Allianz Group Protection & Resilience (including self-assessments against the respective Allianz Group framework).
* Acting as Deputy Head of Crisis Unit for Allianz Asset Management. In addition, monitoring indicators and incidents with crisis potential for Allianz Asset Management Group entities, providing cross-functional assessments relating to them and acting as a coordinator to ensure a unified approach to their management and reporting to relevant stakeholders where required.
* Creating a strong awareness culture at Allianz Asset Management regarding relevant Protection & Resilience topics, including running crisis drills and providing relevant training sessions as appropriate. Actively fostering the exchange of information on incident and crisis management across the Allianz Asset Management Group. Maintaining Business Continuity Management records for Allianz Asset Management (including Business Impact Analyses and the Business Continuity Plan).
* Ensure adherence to the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act and its related Allianz Group requirements including maintaining required records (e.g. those relating to the Register of Information and Information Domain).
* Providing regular reports to the Allianz Asset Management GmbH Board of Management on key topics relating to Protection & Resilience across the Allianz Asset Management Group.
* Acting as PMO for ad hoc operational topics of relevance to Allianz Asset Management.
**Key requirements/skills/experience**
* Education and professional experience: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in a role within or across the Protection & Resilience domains and/or IT – preferably within the asset management or the broader financial services industry. Experience in managing crisis and emergency situations considered a plus.
* Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards/frameworks relating to the Protection & Resilience domains and IT.
* Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of ORGS/OpenPages considered a plus.
* Capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines with agility and adaptability while maintaining high-quality results.
* Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability in interacting with senior stakeholders and ability to effectively convey complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to operate effectively in a virtual environment as well as with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and all organizational levels.
* Integrity and judgment: Demonstrates a high level of integrity, discretion and sound judgement in decision-making.
* Language skills: Proficiency in English. German considered a plus.
