# Assessments Analyst SME **Stuttgart, Baden-Wurttemberg** | **Full time** Assessments Analyst SME **The Opportunity:** As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As a Operations Readiness and Assessment Analyst, you’ll bring your assessing and critical thinking expertise to work on projects for the team. You’ll research, develop, analyze, and assess, development of campaign plans execution of operations activities and investments or both! You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes. You'll support the development and execution of a comprehensive operations readiness and assessment program. You'll improve the responsiveness of staff support for the integration of strategic planning, contingency planning, and campaign and readiness assessments. You'll mitigate threats to forward-deployed forces and set theater conditions for future crisis and contingency response operations by on-site analytic support. You'll analyze operations, activities, and investments to assess and improve readiness and assessment support in the achievement of service headquarters priorities and theater objectives. You'll provide responsive research, analysis, recommendations, and staff products that are fully integrated with service headquarters direction, component-level campaign plans, campaign support plans, and Combatant Command guidance and direction. You'll also provide continuity, improved synchronization, and process improvement for assessments reporting to adjacent and higher units. You’ll guide the work we do for campaigning and theater security cooperation events that set the theater, and the solutions we deliver that touch future military missions, defense planning, national security, strategic planning, defense mission planning, and national defense strategy. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * 5+ years of experience with exercise and operations assessments at a General Officer-led military headquarters, including assessments of Joint exercises, security cooperation events, service exercises, and internal headquarters level assessments * Experience with Joint Training Information Systems (JTIMS) * Experience with DoD readiness software’s Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) * Experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree **Nice If You Have:** * Experience in the European or African theaters * Experience with the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps specific systems * Experience with assessments and readiness analysis at the tactical and operational levels of warfare * Experience with preparing and presenting briefings to senior leadership * Experience with joint planning, building partner capacity operations, and expeditionary operations * Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills * TS/SCI clearance **Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. **Compensation** At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
