Anforderungen
- •Minimum 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions in financial services
- •Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls
- •Strong knowledge in development and execution of controls
- •Proven experience in control-related functions in the financial industry
- •Proven experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes
- •Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices
- •Understanding of Citi’s Policies, Standards, and Procedures
- •Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging at senior management level
- •Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- •Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support the design and development of Citi's controls program
- •Assess the effectiveness of existing controls and identify areas for improvement
- •Drive and manage controls enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- •Coordinate with stakeholders to support management decisions within the firm's Risk Appetite
- •Assess business/function risk appetite in line with regulatory changes and strategic objectives
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation activities
- •Drive execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ensure compliance with policies
- •Understand control processes and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with business functions
- •Stay updated on regulatory changes and align the controls program with industry standards
- •Provide regular updates to senior management on controls assessment and design performance
- •Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- •Serve as a liaison between client segments and the organization across three lines of defense
- •Identify, assess, and remediate issues related to risk appetite and controls initiatives
- •Lead escalation efforts to ensure timely risk assessment and remediation actions
- •Manage lessons learned and conduct root cause analysis on control themes and trends
- •Support regulatory exam tasks and ensure compliance
- •Provide guidance on conflicts of interest and oversight processes
- •Support reputation risk identification and management programs
- •Oversee risks associated with exits, exceptions, deviations, and complex client cases
