**Your role:**
The Artwork Officer is the primary contact on site regarding the management of artwork development. In the context of creating and modifying artworks, the Artwork Officer must ensure that the process is managed optimally. The Artwork Officer must control the various stages in accordance with technical specifications to avoid any quality issues, while adhering to good manufacturing practices. The officer must also ensure that the WIP (Work in Progress) is maintained on schedule.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage the technical validation of artworks.
* Compliance, quality, and GMP: ensure that the artwork development activities comply with GMP techniques and regulatory requirements.
* Service: ensure that the control and validation of artworks are delivered on time according to priorities and with the correct specifications. Key measure: number of WIP.
* Continuous process improvement: constantly improve the processes and tools related to technical aspects to ensure quality and cost/effectiveness of the process.
* Collaborate with the PAS (Product Artwork Solutions) team and the planning team.
* Work with planners to optimize scrap related to secondary packaging materials.
**Management of artworks in Webcenter:**
* Technical coordination and monitoring of the creation and modification of secondary packaging artworks at the Aubonne site.
* Ensure that the development of artworks is done with the correct technical specifications (for any modifications, NPI, and transfers).
* Technical validation of artworks.
* Management of the implementation dates of artworks in coordination with planners.
* Sending supplier files (Artworks).
**MDGM, SAP:**
* Management of master data (item codes).
* Management of BOM (Bill of Material).
* Management of PIR (Price Info Record).
* Monitoring of MDGM and SAP stages.
**Your Profile:**
* Excellent communication skills (French, English).
* Project management skills.
* Knowledge and mastery of GMP.
* Knowledge and mastery of secondary packaging products and materials.
