Anforderungen

  • •Deep understanding of AI algorithms covering perception, behavior planning, situation understanding, and planning
  • •Knowledge of existing data sets, challenges, and advantages
  • •Knowledge of existing toolchains for automated driving AI training and validation data
  • •Knowledge of ADAS ML development process and data requirements for validation data representativeness
  • •Solid experience in leading cross-team activities in AI, software, and data-driven system development
  • •Knowledge of automated driving validation, statistics, and relevance of synthetic data for AI validation
  • •Experience in implementation of POCs for AI KPIs to evaluate novel concepts
  • •Strong technical communication skills and ability to drive company-wide projects and process implementations
  • •Results-driven with experience in managing complex KPI landscape across technical, operational, and business metrics

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead the development of CARIAD's methodology for using real, synthetic, and simulated data in AI validation for automated driving
  • •Gather requirements for simulation, synthetic data generation, labeling, and overall data needs based on safety and validation criteria
  • •Serve as the expert on hybrid data sources for AI, defining metrics, data requirements, and ensuring alignment with AI model development and systems engineering
  • •Drive the CAS strategy for training and validation data in collaboration with AI and safety experts
  • •Publish concept papers and guide CAS development towards efficient data approaches that integrate real, synthetic, and simulated data
  • •Contribute to academic advancements and share progress in CARIAD's end-to-end AI initiatives
