We are looking for YOU as **APU Manager (m/f/d)** for our location in **Ingolstadt.**

* You ensure the perfect launch of this new plant in association to a project development conducted in a development center
* You ensure the successful completion of milestones and coordinate with the mother plant and the respective departments
* You are responsible for the production activities of your Autonomous Production Unit (APU), ensuring Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Motivation targets are met, especially during ramp-up
* You build, manage and develop your team, ensuring onboarding, training, and skill development
* You lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and performance
* You ensure compliance with standards, including health, safety, environmental rules, and equipment maintenance
* You deploy and monitor the V5000 system to support efficient operations
* You manage budget and resources to meet financial and operational objectives
* You contribute to project industrialization, ensuring smooth startups and layout optimizations

* You are experienced in Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, Standard Work, 8D, etc.) and know how to apply them in daily operations
* You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly in a production environment
* You are proficient in MS Office and comfortable using data to monitor performance and drive improvements
* You have excellent communication and team management skills, able to lead, coach, and motivate your team effectively
* You speak German and English fluently, enabling smooth coordination across functions and sites
