# Responsibilities:
* **Line management**: You will manage the manufacturing process. Your task? To ensure compliance with production standards, customer specifications and performance targets (volume, quality, waste).
* **Traceability and communication**: you will ensure the traceability of production processes and communicate information within your team. Objective: ensure business continuity and optimize production.
* **Comprehensive training**: You will acquire essential theoretical knowledge at vocational school. But that's not all! You will also expand your knowledge of economics, German and English.
