In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating software solutions into client environments, working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth deployments and upgrades. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing application configurations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating project upgrades.

Anforderungen

  • Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices
  • Good knowledge of SQL databases
  • Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts
  • Good knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl / wget, etc)
  • Good knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc)
  • Decent experience with information system troubleshooting
  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq etc.) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous
  • DevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift
  • Proven experience driving or supporting IT projects (Agile or Waterfall)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and/or ITIL processes
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Lead technical integration of software products
  • Support client in implementing necessary infrastructure
  • Manage and configure application releases
  • Guide customers in application deployments and upgrades
  • Configure applications based on client requirements
  • Assist client application management teams with setup
  • Participate in technical discussions on infrastructure changes
  • Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions
  • Liaise with product development teams as needed
  • Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients
  • Track progress and manage risks for version upgrades
  • Provide regular status updates on upgrades
  • Collaborate with client project teams for successful upgrades
