- •Plan and implement software systems with Kiwiplan
- •Test and optimize Kiwiplan Enterprise Sales Processing (ESP-Sales)
- •Manage quote processes including product design
- •Oversee order management and invoice processing
- •Transmit data to SAP for invoice processing
- •Define and implement software interfaces
- •Manage account master data and credit master data
- •Create templates for document printing
- •Support user access rights in defined areas
- •Assist in approving user access rights
- •Support Kiwiplan plants and train local experts
- •Analyze and coordinate process support issues
- •Transfer information about changes to site key-users
- •Implement new software modules
- •Parameterize Kiwiplan, including testing and documentation
- •Create and maintain Kiwiplan tickets with tests and documentation
- •Facilitate Kiwiplan roll-outs
- •Analyze existing processes and consult on process changes
- •Support the implementation of new software/modules
- •Train local organizations on new systems
- •Manage projects within the responsible area
- •Provide application and process support
- •Create and maintain process documentation and detailed descriptions
- •Handle IT-Now (GSN) tickets in the service desk system
