- •Ensure team safety and business continuity
- •Monitor internal sample orders for punctuality
- •Improve application production processes
- •Guarantee accuracy and availability of stock materials
- •Record and trace data in software for analysis
- •Infuse a safety and lean mindset in the team
- •Coach and lead workshops aligned with Lab 4.0 strategy
- •Participate in cross-regional task forces for laboratory services
- •Report and monitor KPIs, including budget management
