* Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
* Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
* Collaborate with Audit, Tax, and IT teams to align reporting requirements
* Engage with external partners, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed

**Your profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* Experience in high-level administration of SaaS platforms
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Ability to work closely with business owners and IT teams
* Proven experience (3+ years) in IT application management
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
