- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or comparable technical discipline
- •Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation abilities
- •AVS / NVH product knowledge is an advantage
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Team-oriented mindset, assertiveness, and confident conflict management skills

- •Support sales in acquiring target projects

- •Collaborate with customer engineering teams for satisfaction and growth
- •Independently manage assigned projects per internal procedures
- •Take responsibility for project results in quality, cost, and timing
- •Lead product and production launches in alignment with customers
- •Ensure effective communication within the project team
- •Conduct regular project reviews and report status
- •Support ongoing production and ensure manufacturing robustness
- •Plan and control the budget throughout the development phase
- •Lead design and optimization initiatives to improve margins
