APAC and EU Operations Coordinator(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be at the heart of operations, managing logistics and inventory for the EU and APAC regions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating shipments, ensuring operational readiness for installations, and supporting key projects to enhance efficiency.

Anforderungen

• •3–6+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations
• •Proven experience managing warehousing, 3PLs, or regional logistics operations
• •Familiarity with dangerous goods and cold storage handling and compliance
• •Strong understanding of international order-to-delivery execution, including customs and shipping
• •Strong knowledge of Incoterms (DAP, DDP, FCA, EXW)
• •Experience working with distributors, ideally across APAC or EU
• •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• •Excellent people skills with the ability to build trust across teams
• •Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• •Confident use of ERP, CRM, and logistics tracking tools
• •Experience setting up new EU warehouses or relabelling operations
• •Strong data analysis capability using Excel, Python, SQL, or BI tools
• •Ability to build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting
• •Exposure to life sciences tools, instrumentation, or hardware products
• •Degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience
