**AP Accountant (m/f/d)**
**Main responsibilities:**
* 3rd party invoice processing PO and non-PO (various channels)
* Processing Intercompany invoices & all other AP invoices - Commercial, Development & cross charge
* Inquiries concerning invoices and vendors
* Master Data Vendor set- up
* Reconciliation with Vendors
* Month-End-Reconciliation for Intercompany Partner
* Preparing for OneStream Account Reconciliation
* Execute payment, bank and expenses (control, process and reconciliation)
* Journal Entries and preparation for Month End closing process
* Partner with Financial Shared Service and Interface with customers for cash collection
* Support the Finance Manager in ensuring SOX compliance with the internal control system and external auditors
* Ensuring compliance to Cham standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Entry level experience in similar roles ideally in Pharma industry, with experience on financial consolidation, Accounting or finance degree as a plus
* Experience Expertise on G/L, BS, and P&L, with but also good analytical skills to understand numbers
* Organizational skills are critical, as well as prioritizing work in order to meet timetables and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and ERP systems (JDE).
* A “can-do” attitude to work
* Knowledge on EU-VAT transactions is an advantage
