## Job Description The Money Movement Solutions team (MMS) at Visa works on designing, managing, and growing products and solutions for moving money using Visa's networks e.g. Visa Direct, Currency Cloud and B2B Connect. These products and services are typically aimed at commercial entities, including banks, fintech, remitters, marketplaces, and other organizations. These capabilities support collections, multi-currency accounts, disbursements of P2P and B2B funds. MMS spans across different dimensions of money movement including cross-border transactions, disbursements, money transfers, and more. This is a senior client facing role interacting with Banks, Acquirers, PSPs, Processors & Merchants with direct impact on MMS Revenue. The role holder will play a critical role in the development of this rapidly growing business.  Working as part of growing team with a start-up culture, and supported by strong strategy, global product and technical teams, he/she will be responsible for engaging issuers and key clients to identify, define, and initiate execution of real-time payment technical solutions - keeping in mind evolving market, client and consumer needs and with the objective of driving significant future market growth for Visa. The role has direct responsibility for enabling clients and expanding the MMS in Europe. The role holder must possess a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical skill, leadership and a deep understanding of payments, mobile technology, processing, banking systems, consumer behaviour and Visa’s business. Crucially, the candidate must demonstrate excellent influential skills to help execute the Payouts strategy for Europe. What we expect you to do, day to day **Key responsibilities/accountabilities** * Support the client facing team with reports and automation of processes. * Engage European Issuers and deliver agreed domestic and xborder targets for Visa Direct enablement and acceptance * Support Cross-border enablement acceptance and strengthening Visa’s proposition on x-border opportunity in the region * Manage Issuer performance issues escalated by client service or product champions regarding market readiness and VD acceptance, by engaging relevant core ecosystem functions. * Work with Issuers to design bespoke implementation plans to support Fast Funds implementation, OCT & AFT enablement, and overall Visa Direct acceptance * Define and monitor product metrics: volumes, compliance, auth rates, data quality * Provide second-level support for clients * Define detailed business requirements, product specifications and enhancements specific to European Issuers * Engage core ecosystem functions to support various implementations or deployments for Issuers (Client Services, Visa Rules, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Technology teams) * Occasionally leading priority programmes that are required to help create capacity **Essential Criteria** At Visa we are passionate to offer our employees compelling career growth opportunities. For this role the key skills required are: * Ability to work with data and data platforms, have strong data engineering skills. * Strong understanding of BPM over Microsoft advanced tools. * Driven, resilient, with attention to detail and positive under pressure. * Significant experience working across European markets in the payments sector. * Ability to balance complex mix of interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and commercial judgement to drive outcomes. * Significant experience simplifying the complex and removing commercial and technical barriers to execution. * Excellent analytical skills and exposure in the latest BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.) * Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal * Outstanding executive communication skills to develop presentations and associated summaries. * Strong analytical, planning and project management experience. Individual must have the business acumen and payments industry experience to understand how to use data analysis to recommend and support issuer and processor actions to drive portfolio performance. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on outcomes. * Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within the Visa organization. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. ## Qualifications • BA or relevant graduate degree or similar academic / professional experience • Experience in an analyst role. Prior banking/issuer experience is a plus. • Knowledge of predominant payment schemes in strategic markets in Europe, i.e. ACH, RTP, SWIFT, Cards. • Solid understanding of card portfolio performance drivers and data analytics that drive portfolio performance maximization. Solid knowledge and experience with debit, credit, and prepaid card P&Ls, marketing, research, risk management, authorization strategies and regulatory landscape ## Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
