##### What you will do
* Analyze and model monetization opportunities for thermal storage across:
* Day-ahead and intraday trading
* Secondary control power (aFRR) and other ancillary services
* Grid support and redispatch mechanisms (e.g., Redispatch 2.0)
* Build and validate business cases using data-driven methods and simulations
* Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to monitor market trends, price signals, and regulatory changes
* Design commercial offers, pricing strategies, and scalable business models
* Work closely with engineering and sales teams to align technical capabilities with market needs
* Support customer meetings, tenders, and project cost calculations with quantitative insights
* Continuously monitor market developments and adapt strategies accordingly
##### Your skills and experiences
* 3 years of experience in energy market analysis, trading, or product development
* Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and modeling
* Proficiency in programming and data analysis (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel, or similar tools)
