# Analyst Channel & Market Intelligence (m/f/d)

**Functional objective:**
* Build structured **Market Intelligence** framework and routines to improve sales organization’s understanding of market context and evolution, steer business decisions and actions towards Clarios’ strategic objectives
* Support **Channel Strategy** definition and implementation by collecting and analysing customer data in a structured way and translating it into comprehensive reports intended for sales and leadership teams.
**What you do: Your responsibilities**
* Support **Market Model** definition and improvement under the leadership of the Global team. Ensure its deployment to regions as a relevant and trusted strategic sales planning and market intelligence tool.
* Coordinate yearly updates of **Market Mapping** with local teams. Summarize outcome and key learnings ensuring consistency with EMEA IAM channel strategy and business objectives
* Establish a structured process for **Customer Data Collection**: potential, mix, *Services* offered (current Give & Take) supporting our *Customer Classification* process and to assess current Clarios share of wallet, customer value and identify gaps and growth opportunities.
* Implement and update a monthly **Market Intelligence Newsletter** addressed to IAM team to ensure relevant market information is consistently spread across the organization.
* Establish regular and trusted **connections** with regions and at HQ level
