Analog Design Engineer(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing cutting-edge battery management systems for electric vehicles, transforming high-level requirements into precise analog designs while ensuring they meet rigorous performance standards.

Anforderungen

• •MS degree with focus on Integrated Circuit Design
• •Understanding of semiconductor device level operation & physics
• •Expertise in transistor level analog design
• •Knowledge in analog blocks: Amplifiers/OPAMP circuits, LDOs, Bandgaps & Bias Circuits, Temperature Sensor, Oscillators
• •Knowledge in various ADC architectures and corresponding architectural trade-offs
• •Knowledge in low power design methodologies
• •High voltage analog circuit design & knowledge of BCD/HV processes is a plus
• •Understanding of layout considerations for high precision analog applications
• •Knowledge about analog/mixed-signal co-simulations & analog verification
• •Experience in lab evaluation, programming and data analysis in C#, Python, and/or Matlab
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
