Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation, or equivalent experience
- •Relevant work experience in a technical role in the aerospace industry
- •Extended experience with OEM technical support inquiries
- •Proficiency with MS Office packages, SAP, and aircraft management systems
- •Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- •Self-motivation with strong customer focus and collaborative mindset
- •Excellent communication skills effective with all levels of an organization
- •Results-driven with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Deine Aufgaben
- •Coordinate with the Project Manager and core teams
- •Ensure contract compliance and manage changes
- •Support the Operations Team with technical project coordination
- •Monitor and update project schedules using GANTT charts
- •Assess project performance and execute mitigation strategies
- •Control additional work requests and coordinate warranty cases
- •Prepare regular progress reports for customers and aviation authorities
- •Manage documentation required for aircraft release
- •Collaborate with Supply Chain Management on parts pricing
- •Track critical components and ensure timely material availability
- •Open and manage work orders in SAP
- •Allocate costs and issue job cards/work packages
- •Liaise with OEMs for technical support and repairs
- •Promote quality and safety policies within the team
