**Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH**is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of PAML Group. We Carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of the New Generation Boing 737\-800 aircraft, at our hangar facility located in **Hahn Airport, Germany.**
**Your Future and Career Goal**
The students will engage in various activities on a live aircraft, specifically focusing on the Boeing 737 Next Generation (737 NG). These activities include:
- **Performing Tasks:** Students will carry out assigned maintenance and operational tasks on the aircraft, gaining practical experience in real\-world scenarios.
- **Conducting Checks:** They will be responsible for performing routine and non\-routine checks to ensure the aircraft's systems and components are functioning correctly.
- **Accompanying Troubleshooting:** Students will assist and learn from experienced technicians during troubleshooting processes, helping to identify and resolve issues.
- **Participating in Theoretical Trainings:** They will attend theoretical training sessions to understand the underlying principles and procedures related to aircraft maintenance and operations.
- **Using Documentation (AMM, IPC, FIM):** Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM): Students will use the Manuals for detailed instructions on performing maintenance work.

**Educational Background:**
Students currently enrolled in an aviation maintenance, aviation engineering, or a related technical program. Students who have completed or are in the process of completing courses related to aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and engineering principles.
**Skills and Competencies:**
- **Technical Aptitude**: A good understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles.
- **Familiarity with Technical Manuals**: Basic knowledge of how to use technical documentation such as the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), and Fault Isolation Manual (FIM), even if not applied practically yet.
- **Attributes and Attitudes**: Detail\-oriented, Eager to Learn, Team Player, Problem\-Solving Mindset, and Safety Awareness.
- **Basic Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)**: Introductory Certifications: While not mandatory, any introductory certifications or training courses in aviation maintenance or related fields can be advantageous.
