- •Five or more years of experience in forwarder or shipping industry operations or procurement
- •Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- •Assist with carrier relations for Air Services
- •Support new business development through effective procurement
- •Provide strategic pricing and procurement solutions
- •Negotiate and manage trades with the Air Freight Manager
- •Assist with the tender management process
- •Document action items and timelines for trade management
- •Compile data into final responses for tenders
- •Create pricing and rate updates for commercial use
- •Participate in on-site carrier meetings as needed
- •Package and communicate the Air Services Procurement strategy
- •Contribute to the Air Services Procurement Process
- •Guide procurement colleagues during branch set-up
- •Ensure timely responses to all inquiries
- •Perform other duties as specified by management
- •Ensure adherence to company policies
- •May require some supervisory responsibilities
