Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Management & Technology, Computer/Data Science, or related field
- •1–3 years in consulting, analytics, or operations (insurance or financial services a plus)
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Good understanding of Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and process automation
- •Proficiency with SQL and Python; experience with enterprise cloud/data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is an advantage
- •Solid project management and structured problem-solving skills
- •Fluency in English; German at B2 level or higher is a strong advantage
- •Curiosity for emerging technology, teamwork, and accountability for results
- •Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
