Anforderungen

•University degree or equivalent in business, social sciences, data/technology, or related field
•Formal training in change management and project methods
•Proven experience enabling large scale adoption of AI
•Experience managing cross functional projects and subprojects
•Strong facilitation, training design and delivery skills
•Knowledge of responsible AI practices and compliance
•Ability to define and track key performance indicators for adoption, maturity and project impact
•Experience with Microsoft 365, learning platforms and modern data science toolchains
•Exposure to vendor selection and procurement
•Familiarity with solution governance in regulated environments
•Empathy and clarity
•Careful and confident communication
•Ability to invite diverse perspectives
•Inspiration of sustained behavior change
•Confident communication in German and English

•Drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization
•Establish training pathways for AI and ethics
•Promote responsible AI use across teams
•Maintain a curated catalogue of AI trainings
•Coordinate learning paths with HR
•Facilitate best-practice sharing across domains
•Build and nurture the AI ambassador network
•Create department-specific learning materials
•Foster knowledge exchange within the community
•Develop engaging formats like 'AI at Vaillant Group' and 'Vaillant AI Forum'
•Manage strategic AI projects and subprojects
•Ensure planning, resource allocation, and budget tracking
•Coordinate RFPs and Proofs of Concept
•Organize governance meetings to keep stakeholders informed
