AI Technical Architect(m/w/x)

As an AI Technical Architect, you will work closely with customers to design and implement innovative AI solutions, ensuring they maximize the value of Miro's capabilities while bridging collaboration across teams and technologies.

Anforderungen

• •6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or professional services
• •Hands-on experience designing or implementing AI solutions, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
• •Strong familiarity with AI tooling and APIs, and knowledge of integration within customer workflows
• •Experience designing, evaluating, and deploying AI agents or workflows using frameworks
• •Knowledge of REST APIs and experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms
• •Excellent facilitation and communication skills to explain complex AI concepts
• •Strategic mindset with a bias toward experimentation, iteration, and learning
• •Knowledge of enterprise AI safety, data privacy, and responsible deployment practices
• •Hands-on experience integrating AI into enterprise SaaS environments using APIs or low-code tools
• •Curiosity and empathy in understanding customer needs and AI solutions
