**Summary**
We are looking for an “AI Strategy & Implementation Lead - Internal Applications (f/m/d)” for the Digital Office in Taufkirchen or Ulm as soon as possible.
This key role within the “Digital Office” is responsible for the company-wide use of AI for internal use cases - with a clear focus on strategic orientation, depth of implementation and technological excellence. The focus is on building and expanding sustainable, scalable solutions, particularly in the area of Generative AI.
The position requires the ability to move confidently between tech, business and regulation and to establish new approaches with a positive, creative mindset.
You will work in an explorative environment with a high level of personal responsibility, short decision-making paths and room for creative solutions.
**Your Tasks**
* Development and ongoing development of a company-wide AI strategy for internal use cases
* Scouting and evaluating relevant internal AI opportunities - particularly in the area of generative AI - with a focus on scalability and business impact
* Managing the technical implementation in close collaboration with IT and the various specialist departments
* Managing the content of interdisciplinary project teams and external technology partners and service providers
* Working closely with data protection, compliance and information security to ensure regulatory approvals
* Active participation and visibility in the existing internal AI community
* Participation in trade fairs, tech conferences and exchange formats to identify promising technologies and partnerships
* Establishing best practices and a stable, adaptive AI governance framework

**Your Profile**
* Completed master's degree or doctorate in computer science, artificial intelligence, business administration or similar
* Proven experience in the strategic management and implementation of AI initiatives in a corporate context
* Extensive experience in AI strategy, product management or a similar leadership role
* Experience in working with regulated environments and in stakeholder management at interfaces between IT, legal and business
* Strong positive mindset and the ability to win others over to new technologies - a formative approach is required to pave the way for future-oriented AI use in the company
* Basics in training models, dealing with cloud infrastructures such as Azure, knowledge of Generative AI (e.g. LLMs, RAG approaches) or automation frameworks
* Ability to think big picture - and implement it operationally
* Strong communication skills, networking skills and a desire to rethink things
* Willingness to continuously develop in the dynamic AI environment, e.g. through specialist training, certifications or internal learning labs
* Good knowledge of German
