Anforderungen
- •Completed degree (Master’s/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- •Several years of experience in AI architecture, AI/ML solution design, and scalable MLOps environments
- •Strong understanding of AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), data pipelines, and cloud/HPC infrastructure
- •Proven practical experience in MLOps: Docker/Kubernetes, GitOps, MLflow/Kubeflow, observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK)
- •Experience with HPC schedulers (e.g., SLURM) and hybrid cloud architectures
- •Practical experience with Responsible-AI-Frameworks and the EU-AI-Regulations
- •Experience with research and industry projects and/or knowledge of funding mechanisms and project financing is advantageous
- •Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across disciplines and organisations
- •Excellent language skills in English, German would be an advantage
- •Eligibility for working in Austria

- •Design end-to-end AI solutions
- •Develop model pipelines and evaluations
- •Implement MLOps and trustworthy AI practices
- •Define architecture for AI infrastructure and applications
- •Create reference architectures and workflows
- •Provide technical guidance for partner projects
- •Integrate AI services across hybrid cloud and HPC environments
- •Focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
- •Embed trustworthy AI principles into system design
- •Address transparency, bias, privacy, and compliance with the EU AI Act
- •Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts
- •Translate user needs into technical architectures
- •Contribute to documentation and best practices
- •Develop training materials for knowledge transfer
- •Ensure sustainable implementation of results
- •Represent AI Factory Austria in expert committees and conferences
