Anforderungen
- •3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, applied research or technical consulting / project management
- •Solid understanding of machine learning including transformers, LSTMs, attention mechanisms, model development and data pipelines for time series
- •Strong project management skills and ability to balance technical detail with business requirements and delivery goals
- •Familiarity with model deployment and optimization with PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, TorchScript
- •Excellent communication skills in English and German and confidence in customer-facing settings
