Anforderungen
- •Several years of experience in Risk & Control as an Advisor / Consultant
- •In-depth understanding of AI governance, risk assessment frameworks, and compliance methodologies
- •Proven experience in AI-related regulations, ethical AI principles, and model risk management practices
- •Ability to drive collaboration between AI, risk, compliance, and senior leadership teams
- •Proficiency in analyzing AI risk data, designing dashboards, and presenting key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- •Strong knowledge of AI model governance, including validation, monitoring, and explainability

- •Ensure AI models are safe and ethical
- •Align AI models with internal policies and external regulations
- •Establish governance mechanisms for AI safety
- •Oversee AI model lifecycle from PoC to deployment
- •Act as a liaison with senior management and regulators
- •Deliver insights on AI risk trends and control effectiveness
