Anforderungen
- •Production experience with Node.js
- •Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
- •Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
- •Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
- •Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
- •Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- •Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)
- •Experience with TypeScript
- •Experience with n8n or similar automation/orchestration tools
- •Familiarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutions
- •Experience partnering closely with marketing, UA, or other business/ops teams
- •Engineering-first mindset, with the ability to understand business context
- •Proactive approach: going to people, understanding their work, and suggesting improvements
- •Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- •Strong communication and collaboration across teams
