Anforderungen
- •Valid FAA A&P certificate or FCC License (with Elements 1 and 3)
- •Minimum of two years aviation maintenance experience
- •US Citizenship for NAC-I Clearance and base access
- •Valid US Passport
- •High School Graduate or equivalent
- •Five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience
- •Three years aviation maintenance experience, three years rotary wing aircraft experience, and two years on assigned AH-64 MDS
- •Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance
- •Valid US Passport for deployment to Germany
- •Five years total aviation maintenance experience for TESA approval
- •Travel as required in support of task order
- •Ability to climb, stand, stoop, bend, stretch, crouch, and work in tiring positions
- •Frequently lift parts and equipment up to 20 pounds
- •Occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds
- •Immediately deployable to potential combat areas worldwide

- •Perform maintenance and inspections on AH-64 systems to FAA standards
- •Execute full-range military tactical aircraft maintenance as an AH-64 mechanic
- •Conduct repair functions including assembly and modification on various Army and DoD aircraft
- •Install, connect, and adjust complete systems such as fuel, heat, lubrication, hydraulic, engine, and transmission
- •Align fuselage parts and balance, align, and install tail rotor assemblies
- •Rig complete flight control systems
- •Incorporate authorized modifications and changes
- •Conduct operational checks of hydraulic and fuel systems using external power sources
- •Inspect and troubleshoot to identify malfunctions
- •Disassemble components to locate issues and adjust, repair, or replace defective parts
- •Utilize a variety of common hand tools and measuring devices effectively
- •Determine when faulty systems can be repaired or require replacement parts
- •Read, apply, and interpret technical data accurately
- •Prepare forms and records related to aircraft maintenance
- •Perform additional duties as required
- •Communicate effectively and adapt to diverse troubleshooting tasks
- •Apply knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and associated systems principles
- •Understand Quality Control, Production, and Supply procedures relevant to job assignments
