Anforderungen
- •US Citizenship
- •Valid US Passport
- •High School Graduate or equivalent
- •Five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience
- •Valid FAA A&P certificate or FCC License (with Elements 1 and 3)
- •Two years aviation maintenance experience and two years on assigned MDS (AH-64)
- •Three years aviation maintenance experience, three years rotary wing aircraft experience and two years on assigned AH-64 MDS
- •Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance, NAC-I T1 Public Trust
- •Valid US Passport for deployment to Germany
- •Qualify for TESA approval with five years career total aviation maintenance experience
- •Travel as required in support of task order
- •Good communication skills, adaptability, troubleshooting skills
- •Ability to climb, stand, stoop, bend, stretch, crouch and work in tiring positions
- •Ability to frequently lift parts and equipment up to 20 pounds
- •Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds
- •Immediate deployability to potential combat areas worldwide

Deine Aufgaben
- •Perform military tactical aircraft maintenance as an AH-64 mechanic
- •Conduct repair functions including assembly and modification on various Army and DoD aircraft
- •Install, connect, and adjust fuel, heat, lubrication, hydraulic, engine, and transmission systems
- •Align fuselage parts and balance tail rotor assemblies
- •Rig complete flight control systems
- •Incorporate authorized modifications and changes
- •Make operational checks of hydraulic and fuel systems using external power sources
- •Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctions to determine causes
- •Disassemble components to identify trouble points and adjust or repair as needed
- •Use common hand tools and measuring devices effectively
- •Determine when faulty systems can be repaired or require new parts
- •Read, apply, and interpret technical data accurately
- •Prepare maintenance forms and records
- •Perform additional duties as required
- •Apply knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems principles
- •Understand Quality Control, Production, and Supply procedures
