Anforderungen
- •University degree in Economics, Finance, or related
- •Passion for financial markets and Asset Management
- •10+ years of professional work experience
- •Track record in agile way of working
- •Agile certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- •Experience driving agile transformation and coaching
- •Experience in Data Governance or Management
- •Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
- •Skill in planning cycles and budgeting
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Drive global agile transformation with the CoE
- •Implement agile metrics and reporting systems
- •Lead area-level events like quarterly business reviews
- •Coach leadership roles on target profiles
- •Deliver training to increase agile awareness
- •Facilitate retrospectives and 1:1 coaching sessions
- •Resolve complex impediments for squads and teams
- •Align organizational change with the target vision
