Anforderungen
- •Degree in engineering, engineering technology, business administration, or comparable technical field
- •Several years of professional experience in sales and service
- •Entrepreneurial thinking
- •Willingness to travel

- •At least 5 years of experience in aftermarket, service, or commercial environment in industrial or technical industries

- •Expand the aftermarket business for the ElmoRietschle brand in the EMEA region
- •Develop business-specific and regional aftermarket goals from corporate objectives
- •Create commercial aftermarket offerings aligned with business strategies
- •Identify growth opportunities in service offerings, spare parts, and digital solutions
- •Implement and optimize standard processes in the aftermarket
- •Analyze, monitor, and report on business performance and KPIs
- •Collaborate with service managers for consistent, high-quality service delivery
- •Support and train the regional sales team in developing service offerings
- •Promote cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, product management, operations, and finance
