  • •Gain insight into customer needs and design service experiences.
  • •Develop customer satisfaction concepts and monitoring systems.
  • •Plan and build the Euro-African after-sales technical training system.
  • •Develop Euro-African after-sales technical training content.
  • •Collect and analyze customer complaints and report findings.
  • •Implement solutions in collaboration with R&D and quality departments.
  • •Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
  • •Establish and enhance the Euro-African after-sales maintenance system.
