Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or related field
  • •1–3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Services, Finance/Analytics, or Project Coordination
  • •Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), basic ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI/Tableau
  • •Strong analytical capabilities
  • •High attention to detail
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder-coordination skills
  • •Curiosity and learning agility
  • •Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage

  • •Maintain and develop global After-Sales KPI dashboards
  • •Prepare regular analysis packs with actionable recommendations
  • •Manage and update the service contract pipeline
  • •Prepare churn and revenue forecasts
  • •Monitor overdue items and DSO performance
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis based on customer profiles
  • •Manage compensation and bonus data
  • •Prepare insights for regional teams
  • •Support negotiation materials for regional teams
  • •Ensure timely invoicing of supplementary services
  • •Escalate and follow up on invoicing delays
  • •Organize training sessions and onboarding materials
  • •Facilitate peer-learning formats
  • •Publish best practices and meeting documentation
  • •Maintain shared platforms and coordinate with international stakeholders
  • •Support continuous process improvements
