•Minimum 5 years of experience in refrigeration industry or related sectors
•Fluency in English and German
•Familiarity with F-Gas regulation and/or ECHA processes
•Education or experience in thermodynamics
•Experience in regulatory strategy or influencing chemical substance regulation
•Knowledge of broader chemical regulatory frameworks
•Understanding of international policy, economics, and legislative processes
•Strong teamwork orientation in multicultural and cross-functional settings
