Anforderungen
- •Technician or degree in engineering with additional qualification
- •Sound and practical knowledge of production and project management techniques
- •Experience with supplier quality processes
- •Experience in applying Q-methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC)
- •Good knowledge of Standards and OE customer requirements
- •Very high English skill level
- •Communication and mediating skills
- •Willingness to travel

Deine Aufgaben
- •Participate in risk analysis for complex components
- •Evaluate component feasibility from suppliers
- •Plan and execute APQP processes for purchased components
- •Track APQP processes from design to serial release
- •Evaluate and approve PPAP/PPF of components
- •Update and document APQP status for project managers
- •Coordinate project reviews and reporting
- •Escalate issues as necessary
- •Conduct structured root-cause analysis for deviations
- •Implement structured problem-solving and follow-ups
- •Ensure compliance with the Webasto product development process
