Anforderungen
- •Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related
- •3+ years experience in robotics, industrial automation, or advanced manufacturing
- •Strong knowledge of robotics programming and commissioning
- •Strong knowledge of PLC programming
- •Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols
- •Experience with sensors, actuators, drives, and servo systems
- •Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and production KPIs
- •Hands-on experience with vision systems
- •Hands-on experience with digital twin or simulation tools
- •Hands-on experience with MES or ERP integration
- •Knowledge of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring
- •Familiarity with additive manufacturing or CNC automation
- •Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, pharma, or heavy manufacturing
- •Knowledge of cobots and safety-rated systems
- •Basic scripting skills in Python for automation or data analysis
- •Certifications in robotics, automation, or safety standards
