•Lead new customer implementations of Staffbase
•Manage project plans and resources for onboarding and growth phases
•Develop deployment, change management, and adoption plans for each engagement
•Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts clearly
•Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge of core offerings
•Understand customer use cases and apply best practices for implementation
•Incorporate industry and functional best practices for advanced packages
•Establish and oversee initial customer adoption and training
•Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation
•Collaborate with Sales and CSMs to integrate Staffbase into client architecture
•Identify growth and expansion opportunities with existing customers
•Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback for improvement
