## Vos missions
**2-years contract.**
**1. Financial and Accounting Support**
* Assist in managing internal accounts (cost center and third-party)
* Process incoming and outgoing invoices
* Handle patent-related invoicing and maintain accurate records
**2. Office and Communication Management**
* Manage office supplies and place orders
* Maintain and update contact lists and internal documentation
**3. Data and Reporting**
* Support the preparation of annual statistics related to patent income and expenditures
* Archive legal and administrative documents
**4. Human Resources Support**
* Assist with recruitment logistics (e.g., scheduling interviews, preparing documents)
* Support onboarding and administrative follow-up for new staff
## Profil souhaité
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support the operations of our Technology Transfer Service. This is a part-time position (20%, equivalent to 1 day per week or two half-days) ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in research and innovation.
* Experience in administrative or financial support roles
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel)
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Familiarity with academic or research environments is a plus
* An apprenticeship certificate (CFC) with possibly a vocational baccalaureate (maturité professionelle)
