We support the University researchers in their collaborations with existing companies, the identification and evaluation of technologies for commercialization, and the early stages of start-up creation. ## Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams! Financial and Accounting Support** * Assist in managing internal accounts (cost center and third-party) * Process incoming and outgoing invoices * Handle patent-related invoicing and maintain accurate records **2. Office and Communication Management** * Manage office supplies and place orders * Maintain and update contact lists and internal documentation **3. Data and Reporting** * Support the preparation of annual statistics related to patent income and expenditures * Archive legal and administrative documents **4. Human Resources Support** * Assist with recruitment logistics (e.g., scheduling interviews, preparing documents) * Support onboarding and administrative follow-up for new staff ## Gewünschtes Profil We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support the operations of our Technology Transfer Service.
