Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • •Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
  • •Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) preferred
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local accounting principles, and tax regulations
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP systems (JDE or similar), Excel, Essbase, and MS Office
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to lead, coach, and support accounting professionals
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • •Proactive and improvement-minded approach

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Support day-to-day operations and technical accounting queries
  • •Manage daily accounting activities and coordinate with plant functions and central teams
  • •Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reporting
  • •Lead statutory reporting and support external audits in compliance with GAAP and local regulations
  • •Own the local balance sheet and ensure proper control of debtors, creditors, cash flow, and fixed assets
  • •Coordinate and review local tax filings, VAT compliance, and tax audits
  • •Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations to ensure full compliance
  • •Work closely with Global Business Services to ensure efficient service delivery
  • •Maintain and improve internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and efficiency projects
  • •Support process documentation, procedure updates, and knowledge sharing across the team
