Anforderungen

  • •10+ years of overall accounting experience
  • •Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • •Experience in post-merger integration projects or larger transformation initiatives
  • •Experience in SOX control documentation/execution
  • •Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of transactional data
  • •Experience with Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft D365
  • •Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills
  • •Excellent time and self-management skills

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Support growth strategy for German manufacturing facilities
  • •Execute the month-end close process according to US GAAP
  • •Process journal entries and reconciliations
  • •Review customer contracts for accounting assessments
  • •Develop monthly analytics to compare budget vs. actuals
  • •Drive working capital improvement initiatives
  • •Prepare local GAAP financial statements and management reports
  • •Implement robust SOX controls and process documentation
  • •Establish inventory accounting and control procedures
  • •Conduct physical inventory counts and valuation
  • •Build relationships with local authorities for audits
  • •Collaborate with global tax team on tax reporting
  • •Implement global transfer pricing policy
  • •In-source critical accounting activities from external firms
  • •Create statutory ledger reporting in Microsoft D365
  • •Map CoA and reconcile US GAAP to statutory reporting
  • •Transition Dedrone GmbH's ERP from Oracle NetSuite to Microsoft D365
  • •Support mergers focusing on process and system integration
  • •Enhance efficiency in finance and accounting processes
