  • •Support growth strategy and global delivery model.
  • •Contribute to manufacturing setup in Germany.
  • •Manage inventory accounting and cost centre structures.
  • •Execute month-end close process per US-GAAP.
  • •Process journal entries and reconciliations.
  • •Review customer contracts for accounting assessments.
  • •Develop monthly analytics for budget vs. actuals.
  • •Drive working capital improvement initiatives.
  • •Prepare local GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
  • •Support SOX controls and process documentation.
  • •Establish inventory accounting and control procedures.
  • •Conduct physical inventory counts and valuation.
  • •Build relationships with local authorities and support audits.
  • •Collaborate with global tax team for tax reporting.
  • •Implement global transfer pricing policy securely.
  • •In-source critical accounting activities from external firms.
  • •Create statutory ledger reporting in Microsoft D365.
  • •Map CoA and reconcile US GAAP to statutory reporting.
  • •Transition Dedrone GmbH ERP from Oracle NetSuite to Microsoft D365.
  • •Support mergers focusing on process and system integration.
  • •Enhance efficiency in finance and accounting processes.
