- •Process and book accounts payable transactions
- •Reconcile open accounts payable items
- •Investigate discrepancies and resolve supplier issues
- •Coordinate invoice payments with Treasury
- •Maintain vendor and bank master data
- •Assist with month-end closure activities
- •Process credit card and staff reimbursements
- •Manage VAT refund claims and operations
- •Perform ad hoc accounts payable duties
- •Support finance projects and administrative operations
- •Record accruals and deferrals for closing
- •Act as the focal point for a specific site
- •Manage invoice-control and accounting mailboxes
- •Support internal and external audits
- •Collaborate with the Budget Office and Purchasing
- •Liaise with scientific groups and external contacts
- •Assist across various accounting department areas
