- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- •5 years of experience in accounting
- •Strong knowledge of HGB and VAT regulations
- •Confident use of MS Office and accounting systems
- •Structured, precise working style and team orientation
- •Very good written and spoken English skills

- •Manage and reconcile EUR bank accounts
- •Handle AR and AP transactions
- •Support international payment and collection processes
- •Reconcile online transactions across marketplaces
- •Record all digital revenue streams accurately
- •Process incoming invoices and payment runs
- •Oversee dunning and customer refund documentation
- •Review travel expenses and credit card statements
- •Support accruals and invoicing workflows
- •Manage fixed asset accounting
- •Assist with VAT and tax documentation
- •Prepare monthly and annual HGB financial closings
- •Provide AP and AR support for additional accounts
- •Assist with cash handling and reconciliation
- •Offer transactional support to other finance areas
