Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- •Knowledge of German GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
- •Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- •Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
- •Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Deine Aufgaben
- •Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly
- •Verify invoiced details and resolve discrepancies
- •Prepare and execute payment runs in compliance with company policies
- •Maintain vendor records and handle inquiries professionally
- •Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding items
- •Assist with month-end accounts payable closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations
- •Post journal entries and support monthly closing processes
- •Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy of financial data
- •Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits
- •Support the finance team with ad-hoc general ledger tasks and process improvements
- •Maintain accurate records for audits to ensure accounts payable compliance and support policy improvements
