Anforderungen

  • •Couple of years of working experience in an international environment
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, related field, or professional education in financial accounting/administration
  • •Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial administration and accountancy in an international environment
  • •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
  • •Strong background in Swiss GAAP, IFRS
  • •Positive mindset with a can-do mentality, ownership, and embracing opportunities for change
  • •Professional affiliation with Microsoft Excel

  • •Manage accounts payable
  • •Contribute to bookkeeping
  • •Assist with year-end closing
  • •Prepare financial reports for multiple entities
  • •Support the Accounting Manager with statutory closing processes
  • •Administer accounts payable and execute specific payments
  • •Assist with VAT declarations and tax provision calculations
  • •Support monthly management reporting
  • •Prepare statutory financial statements and notes
  • •Address queries from external auditors
  • •Facilitate year-end reporting and intercompany reconciliation
  • •Book IFRS journals and upload into consolidation tool
