# Accountant - Bolton Swiss
We are looking for an Accountant to join our F&A Team in Bolton Swiss and Bolton Austria.
How you make the difference
This position is crucial for Bolton as it strengthens our local Finance & Administration team, ensuring efficient accounting and procurement processes. The role directly contributes to business stability and operational excellence by optimizing financial management and supplier relations.
How your agenda looks like:
* Ensuring accurate bookkeeping of purchases, expenses, customer-related transactions, and bank statements.
* Managing tax and legal declarations, including VAT, Intrastat, ARA, and GST/HST (in collaboration with business consultants for monthly filings).
* Preparing and maintaining archives of purchase and sales invoices.
* Overseeing intercompany reconciliations and ensuring timely availability of data by coordinating closely with the Finance & Administration team in Italy.
* Reviewing and reconciling customer and bank balances; ensuring accurate and timely book-keeping of customer collections and customer-related invoices.
* Conducting credit collection activities and ensuring compliance of accounts receivable operations with internal policies and controls.
* Handling bank payments, account reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring to optimize financial management.
* Managing fixed costs, overheads, and supporting procurement activities.
* Preparing financial and sales reports to support business decision-making.
* Supporting corporate audits and ensuring full compliance with fiscal, legal, and regulatory requirements in coordination with external consultants.
* Managing updates related to privacy policies and associated compliance requirements.
* Acting as a point of reference for IT-related tasks, including device management and EDI flow coordination, ensuring seamless operational processes.
