Anforderungen
- •Degree in business administration, apprenticeship with a focus on accounting, or equivalent degree
- •Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA
- •Very good knowledge of English and Polish or a Scandinavian language
- •German language skills are a plus
- •High motivation to achieve joint success in a team
- •Independent way of working and analytical thinking
- •Enthusiasm for automation and digitization of processes

- •Process transactions in the general ledger
- •Handle lease and asset accounting
- •Reconcile accounts with sub-ledgers
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- •Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GaaP standards
- •Support income tax calculations
- •Manage monthly group reporting for European BASF Group companies
- •Respond to internal and external reporting inquiries
- •Serve as the main contact for accounting matters
- •Collaborate with subsidiaries and other departments
- •Engage with central financial units and external auditors
- •Participate in projects to enhance organizational development
